C# is the only note where that key is open. (Except for the high register palm key notes.) @reeddoubler called this out, if this key has an unhooked spring, you can hook it back up. Surely a better choice than all the $8-9,000 Jinbao basses on ebay, but at a price still difficult for me to justify. Browsing SOTW a few weeks ago I read multiple reports from players praising their Jinbao bass saxophones, including three regarding the Thomann branded bass. Hmmm.
